We are seeking a skilled Metal Bed Assembler to join our dedicated manufacturing team. As a Metal Bed Assembler, your main responsibility will be to assemble high-quality metal bed frames to specifications. Responsibilities

• Carefully measure and cut materials needed for assembly.
• Calibrate assembly tools as necessary to ensure precision.
• Assist in layout planning for efficient assembly processes.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding production workflow.
• Maintain an organized workspace to reduce inefficiencies.
• Evaluate finished products to confirm they meet organizational standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the assembly department.

Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in metal assembly or manufacturing roles

Technical Skills

• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to operate CNC machines

Soft Skills

• Good communication skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Knowledge of workplace safety practices: Understanding and implementation of safety protocols in manufacturing.
