Job Description

As a Patient Escort, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring patients are transported safely between medical facilities and their homes. Your responsibilities include assisting with transfers, monitoring patient conditions, and maintaining effective communication with the medical staff.

Responsibilities

  • Escort patients to and from their rooms for procedures and tests.
  • Support patients in getting in and out of vehicles.
  • Document any changes in patient conditions during transport.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to coordinate patient transfers.
  • Adhere to safety and infection control procedures.
  • Provide exceptional patient service and support.

Requirements

Education
