Join us as a First-Line Supervisor where you'll direct and supervise administrative staff, ensuring accurate payroll management and fostering a collaborative work environment. Your leadership will be key in driving operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Supervise payroll functions and ensure adherence to company policies.
Monitor payroll systems and staff performance.
Conduct training and onboarding for new team members.
Develop workflows to streamline payroll processes.
Implement best practices for payroll processing.
Evaluate team performance and provide coaching.
Collaborate on inter-departmental projects involving payroll.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive payroll information.
Communicate updates regarding payroll systems and processes to staff.
Prepare for and participate in audits related to payroll operations.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience
5+ years of supervisory experience in payroll processing
Technical Skills
Knowledge of Payroll Regulations
HRIS Systems Knowledge

Languages
English: Fluent
Advantageous
Experience with Multi-State Payroll: Familiarity with payroll processing across multiple states is a plus.
