You will work directly with clients to assess their needs, perform maintenance, and troubleshoot any issues to deliver high-quality service that keeps the music alive.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the tonal quality and sound projection of the instrument.
• Conduct on-site visits to inspect and assess organ condition.
• Implement preventive maintenance strategies to minimize future repairs.
• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and in good working order.
• Foster relationships with clients to understand their feedback and needs.
