Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various automated systems and machines. The right candidate will have strong technical skills and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of equipment in the field and remotely.
• Ensure timely resolution of all service requests.
• Document service activities in detail to ensure transparency.
• Work cohesively with technical staff to develop solutions to complex problems.
• Provide training to clients on proper equipment use and preventive measures.
• Explore opportunities for service enhancement through feedback.
• Assist in the development of service protocols and standards.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in a technical field
• Bachelor's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5 years of field service experience preferred
