Project Management Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee our company's projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects.
• Coordinate and communicate project status updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.
• Lead project meetings, facilitate discussions, and drive decision-making processes.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
• Manage project resources, including staffing, budget, and vendor relationships.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize project delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 8+ years of experience managing complex projects

Advantageous
