Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Compensation Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will analyze compensation plans, conduct competitive market research, and make recommendations to improve our sales performance.
Responsibilities
Design and implement comprehensive sales compensation plans.
Conduct thorough analyses of sales data to identify trends and performance opportunities.
Facilitate collaboration between Sales and Finance teams to streamline processes.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding compensation.
Develop and maintain tools for tracking and measuring compensation effectiveness.
Lead projects aimed at optimizing compensation structures.
Create and present regular reports to management on compensation plan effectiveness.
Provide guidance on compensation-related inquiries from sales team members.
Engage in continuous learning about best practices in compensation analysis.
Prepare for and participate in strategy sessions focused on sales performance improvement.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
3-5 years of experience in sales compensation analysis or similar roles
