Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Compensation Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will analyze compensation plans, conduct competitive market research, and make recommendations to improve our sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive sales compensation plans.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of sales data to identify trends and performance opportunities.
  • Facilitate collaboration between Sales and Finance teams to streamline processes.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding compensation.
  • Develop and maintain tools for tracking and measuring compensation effectiveness.
  • Lead projects aimed at optimizing compensation structures.
  • Create and present regular reports to management on compensation plan effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance on compensation-related inquiries from sales team members.
  • Engage in continuous learning about best practices in compensation analysis.
  • Prepare for and participate in strategy sessions focused on sales performance improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales compensation analysis or similar roles
