Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Offset Press Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining offset printing presses to ensure high-quality print production. You will monitor the printing process, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with team members to meet specific production targets.

Responsibilities

• Establish setup sheets for each job to ensure consistent quality.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues with presses.
• Assist in inventory control of printing supplies.
• Coordinate with prepress and finishing departments for smooth operations.
• Evaluate and implement process improvements where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance processes.
• Keep work area organized and safe.
• Participate in safety training programs.
• Provide feedback on equipment needs and upgrades.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.

Technical Skills

• Mechanical aptitude

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Understanding of color management systems: Experience with color matching and correction technologies.
