Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Geothermal Technician to oversee the operation and maintenance of production systems. Your role will involve a keen focus on performance optimization and adherence to safety protocols.
Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze system operations for performance optimization.
Assist in developing maintenance schedules and procedures.
Conduct safety inspections and drills.
Prepare reports and documentation on equipment performance.
Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Technical certification in Geothermal Technology (preferred)
Experience
2-4 years experience in a relevant field
