Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Geothermal Technician to oversee the operation and maintenance of production systems. Your role will involve a keen focus on performance optimization and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze system operations for performance optimization.
  • Assist in developing maintenance schedules and procedures.
  • Conduct safety inspections and drills.
  • Prepare reports and documentation on equipment performance.
  • Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical certification in Geothermal Technology (preferred)
Experience
  • 2-4 years experience in a relevant field
