Job Description

We are seeking a Facilities Manager responsible for managing the maintenance and operations of our facilities. This is a key role that ensures our environment is conducive for innovation and teamwork. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in facilities management, and a passion for the aerospace industry.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of facilities management.
  • Supervise and train facilities staff, ensuring high-performance standards.
  • Ensure that building systems are functioning effectively, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Monitor and manage the work order system to track maintenance requests.
  • Manage supplies and inventory related to facility operations.
  • Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with regulatory authorities.
  • Implement energy conservation and sustainability initiatives.
  • Act as point of contact for facility-related inquiries or concerns.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of facility-related projects.
  • Ensure the security of the facility and implement relevant access control measures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Master's degree in Facilities Management is a plus
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in facilities management or engineering
