Job Description

The Public Opinion Survey Taker will be responsible for conducting surveys and collecting data from various individuals and groups to gauge public opinion on diverse issues. Ideal candidates must possess excellent communication skills, have strong analytical abilities, and display meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute surveys using various methods such as phone, online, or in-person.
• Follow established survey protocols to ensure accuracy.
• Record survey responses precisely and efficiently.
• Provide quality customer service to survey participants.
• Adhere to confidentiality and data protection policies.
• Hit daily, weekly, and monthly survey quotas.
• Participate in team meetings for alignment and training.
• Assist with additional research tasks as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Experience

• Experience working in a market research environment is a plus

Technical Skills

• Survey management software (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics)
• Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
