Job Description

As an Online Educator, you will create and deliver engaging online courses that meet the needs of our diverse learner base. You’ll leverage technology to enhance educational outcomes and be an integral part of our mission to provide accessible education.

Responsibilities

• Design curriculum that aligns with education standards and student needs.
• Assist in the development of assessment tools to measure student learning outcomes.
• Facilitate student interactions and collaborative learning opportunities.
• Stay current with emerging educational technologies and methodologies.
• Advise students on academic pathways and course selections.
• Engage in continuous improvement of teaching practices based on feedback and results.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Education or Instructional Design
• Other relevant certifications are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in online education or similar roles

Technical Skills

• Webinar Software
• Content Management Systems (CMS)

Certifications

• Online Teaching Certification
• Instructional Design Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in multiple languages: Ability to deliver courses in languages other than English is a plus.
• Experience with virtual reality or immersive learning technologies: Knowledge in using VR tools to create engaging learning experiences.
