Responsibilities

• Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance product performance.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and safety standards in all research activities.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns on research methodologies and best practices.
• Present research findings to the management team and suggest actionable steps.
• Collaborate with external partners and research institutions to foster innovation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in automotive research and development

Technical Skills

• CAD Software
• Data Visualization Tools

Certifications

Languages
