Responsibilities

• Perform thorough inspections of incoming suede items.
• Educate clients on proper care and maintenance of suede materials.
• Identify and recommend repair services for damaged items.
• Document cleaning processes and results for customer records.
• Train junior staff on suede cleaning techniques and best practices.

Requirements

Advantageous

• Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
• Certification in Professional Cleaning: Certification in cleaning or garment care will be an asset.
