Job Description

Looking for experienced Brickmasons and Blockmasons to enhance our construction projects. Candidates should have a strong background in bricklaying and block installation, focusing on quality and precision.

Responsibilities

• Lay bricks and blocks to build walls, arches, and other structures.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure project standards are met.
• Assist with estimating materials and labor for projects.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
• Perform routine maintenance on masonry equipment.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Follow environmental sustainability practices on job sites.
• Support the project manager with schedule adherence.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in masonry or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in brick and block installation

Technical Skills

• Concrete mixing
• Repair techniques

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Blueprint interpretation skills: Ability to accurately interpret technical blueprints and drawings.
• Experience with masonry restoration: Experience in restoring historic masonry structures.
