We are seeking a Chemical Engineer to join our Dallas team. The ideal candidate will engage in developing processes for large-scale production of chemicals and materials. This role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to enhance production efficiency and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects involving complex chemical process design.
• Implement best practices for environmental sustainability.
• Optimize supply chain processes related to chemical production.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement of materials and equipment.
• Document process development and modifications comprehensively.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support the patenting process for new chemical inventions.
• Engage in cross-disciplinary collaboration to meet project objectives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the chemical industry
