Job Description

As a Brokerage Clerk, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales operations by preparing and issuing accurate quotations for our products and services. Your attention to detail will ensure that our customers receive timely and precise information.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage a database for all quotations and related documents.
  • Work with customer service to address issues arising from quotations.
  • Track the progress of quotations sent and follow up as necessary.
  • Prepare reports summarizing quotation activity and performance.
  • Support the integration of new quotation software and training for staff.
