Job Description

We are currently seeking skilled Packaging and Filling Machine Operators to join our dynamic production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining carton packaging machinery to ensure efficient and effective production processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machinery for different packaging tasks.
• Monitor machine performance and conduct quality checks.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Identify and escalate any production issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Assist in inventory management of packaging materials.
• Work closely with the maintenance team to schedule repairs.
• Follow production schedules and meet deadlines consistently.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training in mechanical or electrical systems is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to read technical drawings: Skill in interpreting schematics and drawings for machinery setup.
