Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Control Clerk Supervisor to oversee our data control team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams, exceptional attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the data control team.
  • Facilitate training sessions for new hires in data management.
  • Audit datasets to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Advise on improvements to data processing workflows.
  • Liaise with IT to resolve technical issues related to databases.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports for management review.
  • Ensure proper data documentation and record-keeping practices.
  • Participate in developing data management strategies.
  • Serve as a point of contact for external audits and compliance checks.
  • Manage team schedules and allocate resources efficiently.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's in Information Technology preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a supervisory/management role within data management
