Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Financial Manager to lead our accounting team and oversee financial activities within our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate financial reporting, while guiding accountants to enhance their skills and performance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Evaluate new regulatory requirements and implement necessary changes.
• Offer insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
• Assist in the development of financial strategies for growth.
• Ensure effective communication among all financial stakeholders.
• Monitor compliance with company policies and ethical standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in financial management

Languages
