Job Description

Join our team as a Pipe Buffer where you will focus on cleaning and polishing pipes used in multiple industries. A strong knowledge of pipe materials and machinery is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Set up pipes for cleaning and polishing processes.
• Monitor machinery operation and perform adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished pipes for quality and consistency.
• Report any defects or issues to supervisors.
• Train new team members on best practices and safety procedures.

Advantageous

• Experience with specific pipe materials such as steel, copper, or PVC: Hands-on experience with various pipe materials commonly used in manufacturing.
• Trade school or certification in a related field: Relevant educational background or certification can enhance qualifications.
• Experience with CNC machinery or programming: Familiarity with CNC machinery can set candidates apart.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose machinery issues: Problem-solving skills relating to machinery operation are essential.
