Responsibilities
Set up pipes for cleaning and polishing processes.
Monitor machinery operation and perform adjustments as needed.
Inspect finished pipes for quality and consistency.
Report any defects or issues to supervisors.
Train new team members on best practices and safety procedures.
Advantageous
Experience with specific pipe materials such as steel, copper, or PVC: Hands-on experience with various pipe materials commonly used in manufacturing.
Trade school or certification in a related field: Relevant educational background or certification can enhance qualifications.
Experience with CNC machinery or programming: Familiarity with CNC machinery can set candidates apart.
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose machinery issues: Problem-solving skills relating to machinery operation are essential.
Experience with Lean manufacturing principles: Understanding of Lean practices can improve efficiency and effectiveness.
