Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing commercial projects and ensuring their successful execution. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project management strategies to improve efficiency.
• Compile comprehensive reports for management on project status and performance.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and industry regulations.
• Assist in the negotiation of project contracts and agreements.
• Utilize project management software for tracking and reporting.
• Engage in risk assessment and mitigation planning.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcome effectiveness.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in a related field with a focus on commercial projects.
