Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Training and Development Manager to oversee our safety protocols and training initiatives. The ideal candidate will develop safety policies, implement training programs, and ensure compliance with industry regulations while fostering an environment of continuous learning.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of effective safety training and development strategies.
  • Ensure all safety programs align with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Manage a team of training specialists and provide mentorship.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives within safety training programs.
  • Develop metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for safety standards training.
  • Facilitate internal meetings to discuss safety program improvements.
  • Drive cultural change to prioritize safety within the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Occupational Safety, or related field
Experience
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in training and development
