Job Description

Join our manufacturing team as a Coil Wrapper, where you'll be focusing on wrapping metal coils securely for storage and transport. This role requires physical stamina and precision, as well as an ability to follow specific wrapping procedures to uphold our high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate coil wrapping machinery effectively and safely.
• Prepare coiling materials for wrapping tasks.
• Monitor the wrapping process for quality assurance.
• Contribute to team efforts by assisting with various tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with shipping teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Adhere to safety protocols and report issues promptly.
• Perform regular machine maintenance and inspections.
• Provide input for improving wrapping procedures.
• Participate in training sessions for new equipment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in coil wrapping or a related field is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Basic math skills
• Inventory tracking skills

Advantageous

• Experience with inventory management: Prior experience in managing stock levels and supplies.
• Experience in basic maintenance and repair of machines: Ability to perform routine checks and minor repairs.
