Barrel Loader

Job Description

The Barrel Loader is responsible for efficiently loading barrels with various materials while ensuring safety and compliance with all regulations. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently load barrels as per established protocols and guidelines.
• Verify that barrels are correctly labeled before moving them.
• Monitor barrel conditions and report discrepancies.
• Handle equipment like forklifts with care and expertise.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards during operations.
• Support team efforts to improve processes and efficiency.
• Document daily operations and any issues encountered.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• No prior experience required, but manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Forklift Operation

Certifications

• OSHA Certification (preferred)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Safety Procedures: Familiarity with OSHA guidelines and safety measures in the workplace.
