Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Pediatrician to join our dedicated healthcare team. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to infants, children, and adolescents. This role includes diagnosing, treating, and preventing various pediatric illnesses while promoting healthy growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular check-ups for children and adolescents.
• Manage chronic conditions and coordinate care with specialists.
• Engage parents in discussions about health concerns.
• Maintain a child-friendly environment during consultations.
• Stay updated on pediatric medicine trends and best practices.
• Participate in community health initiatives and outreach programs.
• Collaborate with nursing staff for effective patient management.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations in pediatric care.
• Contribute to the development of pediatric care protocols.
• Monitor vaccination schedules and educate families on importance.

Requirements

Education

• MD or DO with specialized training in Pediatrics
• Fellowship in a pediatric subspecialty preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a pediatric clinical setting.
