Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Stretcher-Leveler Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining the stretcher-leveler machine to ensure precise processing of metal materials while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee the stretcher-leveler machine to straighten and level metal sheets.
• Adjust machine parameters for different materials and thicknesses to achieve desired results.
• Inspect sheets for defects during the leveling process and troubleshoot accordingly.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, keeping accurate records of service.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize efficiency and quality standards.
• Participate in quality control measures to ensure high-quality output.
• Assist in training new operators on machine operation and safety procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience as a Stretcher-Leveler Operator or similar role

Technical Skills

• Ability to interpret technical drawings
• Computer skills

Certifications

• Advanced Metal Fabrication Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
