Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Plastic Parts Designer to create and innovate plastic components. This role requires a strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and a proficiency in 3D CAD software.
Responsibilities
Lead design projects from concept through production, ensuring timely delivery.
Interface with manufacturing teams to address production challenges.
Utilize 3D CAD software for dynamic modeling of plastic parts.
Document and analyze performance data, suggesting design improvements.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to drive project success.
Promote a culture of innovation by sharing new ideas and methodologies.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Plastics Engineering or a related field is preferred
Experience
3+ years of experience in plastic parts design or related field
