Job Description

As a Sales Representative, you will engage with clients directly to present our services and close sales. You will leverage your persuasive skills and knowledge of our product offerings to convert leads into satisfied customers. We want someone who is self-motivated, results-driven, and enjoys the journey of selling.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet company objectives.
  • Engage potential customers through various outreach methods.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Follow up on leads generated through various channels.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activity to stay informed.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
Experience
  • 3+ years in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
