E-commerce Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to spearhead our online initiatives. This role involves developing and executing strategies to improve the customer online experience, increase sales, and optimize our e-commerce platform performance. You will collaborate with marketing and IT teams to oversee digital merchandising and promotional activities.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee marketing plans focused on e-commerce.
• Ensure site content is relevant and engaging for target audiences.
• Implement A/B testing to enhance user experience.
• Manage logistics of online sales, including order fulfillment.
• Work with customer service to address online customer inquiries.
• Analyze and report on e-commerce transaction data.
• Lead cross-functional teams in executing e-commerce strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline
• Master's degree in Marketing is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in online retail or e-commerce
