Job Description

We are seeking skilled Extruding, Forming, Pressing, and Compacting Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidates will operate machinery to produce top-quality products while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Effectively set up machines for different products and ensure smooth transitions between production runs.
• Keep an eye on machine operations to detect any abnormalities.
• Comply with all safety protocols and operational guidelines at all times.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new technologies and best practices.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss production goals and performance.
• Assist in developing operational procedures to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in similar roles
