Job Description

As an Agricultural Equipment Operator, you will play a critical role in our farming operations by efficiently operating hay rakes and other related machinery. Your experience in agricultural settings will help ensure that our harvest processes run smoothly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Operate various farm machinery including hay rakes and tractors.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure all operations are performed in a safe and efficient manner.
• Communicate effectively with the team to coordinate farming activities.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical degree in Agriculture or Equipment Operation is preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in agricultural machinery operation
