Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Foundry Hand to help produce high-quality castings. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, operating various machinery while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare molds and cores for upcoming casting runs.
  • Operate and maintain foundry equipment effectively.
  • Assist with the melting and pouring of metals during casting.
  • Conduct quality checks on castings for precision and standards.
  • Ensure safety protocols are adhered to in the workspace.
  • Communicate with supervisors regarding production status.
  • Participate in process improvements and safety initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Foundry-related certification or training preferred
Experience
  • No prior experience required, but experience in a foundry is advantageous.
Technical Skills
  • Attention to detail

Soft Skills
