Job Description

We are currently seeking a Stitch Bonding Machine Tender Helper to assist in the operation and maintenance of our state-of-the-art stitching bonding machines. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless production process, working closely with machine operators to maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare machines for operation by setting necessary parameters.
• Monitor stitching processes and intervene when necessary to avoid defects.
• Perform inspections of finished products and adjust machines accordingly.
• Keep machines clean and perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues that affect machine performance.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a tidy work environment.
• Support the team in achieving production efficiency and quality standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED

Experience

• Prior experience in textile production or related machinery preferred

Technical Skills

• Machine operating skills
• Quality control knowledge

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
