Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Tester to join our team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for testing software applications to ensure they meet quality standards. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential as you work closely with developers and product managers to identify issues and enhance software performance.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage research projects aimed at product development.
• Collaborate with engineers and product developers to implement findings.

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote research best practices.

• Assist in patent applications and intellectual property considerations.

• Conduct risk assessments for research activities.

Requirements

Education

• Ph.D. in Biology, Chemistry, or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the research sector
