Laboratory Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our Honolulu team. This position involves performing tests, analyzing samples, and ensuring the accurate functioning of laboratory equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a clinical laboratory setting and a passion for enhancing patient care.

Responsibilities

• Execute laboratory procedures accurately to support diagnostics.
• Analyze and interpret test data while maintaining accuracy.
• Support research initiatives within the laboratory environment.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new testing methods.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss laboratory operations.
• Ensure timely maintenance of laboratory instruments and tools.
• Help with administrative tasks such as scheduling and reporting.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent
• Certification in relevant laboratory techniques is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare laboratories
