Job Description

We are seeking a talented Decorative Plasterer to craft and install stunning plaster finishes for a variety of residential and commercial projects. This role requires a strong sense of design, creativity, and an eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intricate plasterwork, collaborating with clients and architects to understand project requirements, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Apply plaster finishes according to design specifications.
• Create and replicate intricate plaster molds.
• Mix and prepare plaster materials ensuring proper consistency.
• Apply techniques such as stenciling and marbling.
• Cooperate with project teams to develop creative plastering solutions.
• Read and interpret architectural plans and drawings.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations.
• Organize and maintain a clean work area.
• Stay informed about industry advancements in decorative plastering.
• Train junior staff on proper plastering techniques.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in decorative plastering is desirable

Experience

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in decorative plastering work

Languages

• English: Fluent
