Job Description

We are seeking a Healthcare Administrator to manage and streamline healthcare operations in our Philadelphia facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our healthcare services are effective, efficient, and in compliance with regulations, while also focusing on enhancing patient care.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to optimize healthcare delivery and patient experience.
• Ensure adequacy of staffing and allocation of resources.
• Monitor performance and conduct reviews of healthcare staff.
• Develop training programs to enhance staff competencies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve community health outreach.
• Provide support for accreditation and certification processes.
• Evaluate market trends and adjust operational strategies accordingly.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Healthcare Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a healthcare environment
