Job Description

As a Rubber Goods Supervisor, you will oversee the production operations and ensure that our team meets high-quality standards. Your leadership will drive efficiency, safety, and productivity within the manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have strong background in production management and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and evaluate production staff performance, providing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Ensure production schedules are followed, making adjustments as necessary to meet customer demands.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs of machinery to minimize downtime.
  • Lead daily production meetings to communicate goals and expectations.
  • Develop training programs for new and existing employees on production and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
  • Additional certifications in Quality Control or Project Management is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role
