Pasting Inspector

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Pasting Inspector to join our dedicated manufacturing team in Detroit. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting pasting operations and ensuring that all quality standards are consistently met. The Pasting Inspector will troubleshoot any issues that arise during production, fostering a culture of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Analyze inspection results and recommend corrective actions as needed.
• Work closely with engineers to implement process improvements.
• Assist in preparing quality documentation for audits.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss quality assurance issues and solutions.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Quality control certifications or training is advantageous

Experience

• Prior experience in pasting inspection or a related role is preferred

Technical Skills

• Quality control techniques

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with different pasting techniques: Familiarity with various pasting methods used in battery production.
• Knowledge of battery materials and their characteristics: Understanding the properties of materials used in battery manufacturing.
