Pharmacist

Job Description

Join us as a Pharmacist, where you will utilize your clinical expertise to review prescriptions, counsel patients on medication use, and work with other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal healthcare services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct medication therapy management consultations with patients.
• Review and interpret prescriptions and patient medical histories.
• Develop relationships with patients to enhance medication adherence.
• Participate in interprofessional rounds and case discussions.
• Assist in pharmacy operations during peak hours.
• Collaborate in research activities and clinical trials.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.)
• Additional Board Certification is preferred

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a pharmacy setting

Certifications

• Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS)
