Job Description

We are seeking skilled Grinding and Polishing Workers to operate and maintain precision machinery, ensuring the production of high-quality components. Ideal candidates will have experience in machining processes, quality control, and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust grinding machines according to specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and work areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work environment.
• Prepare materials and tools for the production process.
• Assist in training new employees on equipment operations.
• Implement quality control measures to enhance production accuracy.
• Document all work and suggest process improvements.
• Support cross-functional teams in project execution.
• Evaluate and report on production efficiency.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certifications in CNC programming or similar preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing setting with machinery.

Technical Skills

• CNC machine operation

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CNC programming and operation: Familiarity with CNC machines and programming is a plus.
