Rivet Tester

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Rivet Tester to join our quality assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive tests on rivets and providing critical feedback to our production teams. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in quality control and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality inspections of rivets as per defined standards.
• Perform extensive tests including tensile and shear to evaluate rivet durability.
• Use appropriate equipment and tools for testing.
• Record, analyze, and report deviations from specifications.
• Facilitate communication with production regarding quality suggestions.
• Ensure testing machinery is in optimal working condition.
• Follow established safety protocols throughout all operations.
• Document results accurately and manage records systematically.
• Collaborate actively with cross-functional teams for quality improvement.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in quality control preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a quality control role focusing on rivet testing.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
