The ideal candidate will work effectively with patients to develop personalized rehabilitation plans that facilitate recovery and improve their quality of life. You will be responsible for evaluating and documenting patients’ conditions and crafting strategic treatment plans to help them regain mobility and strength.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical conditions using various diagnostic techniques and assessments.
• Enhance patient well-being through physical therapeutic techniques.
• Guide patients through rehabilitation exercises, ensuring correct form and techniques.
• Maintain patient records in accordance with federal regulations.
• Involve patients in setting realistic recovery goals.

Requirements

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in outpatient settings highly desirable

Technical Skills

• Rehabilitation Planning
• Therapeutic Exercise Design

Soft Skills

• Time Management
• Team Collaboration

Certifications

• CPR and AED Certified
• Functional Movement Screen Certification (FMS)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Dry needling certification: Certified in dry needling techniques for muscular pain release.
• Specialization in sports rehabilitation: Expertise in treating sports-related injuries.
