Job Description

Join us as a Construction Bulldozer Operator! In this role, you'll be responsible for operating bulldozers, ensuring safety and efficiency on site while adhering to project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain bulldozers while ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
• Conduct pre-operational checks and routine inspections of equipment.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and project managers to meet project deadlines.
• Record and report any mechanical issues to maintenance staff.
• Assist in training new operators in equipment operation and safety protocols.
• Use GPS and other navigation systems to aid in precise tasks.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
• Keep work areas clean and free of hazards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of experience is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Heavy Equipment Operation

Soft Skills

• Effective Communication

Certifications

• Heavy Equipment Operator License

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in Multiple Heavy Machinery: Experience operating multiple types of heavy machinery beyond bulldozers.
• Knowledge of Advanced Mechanical Repairs: Ability to perform advanced mechanical repairs on heavy equipment.
