Responsibilities

• Engage in planting, cultivating, and harvesting activities.
• Ensure the quality of produce is maintained throughout the process.
• Participate in training sessions about safety and farm practices.
• Utilize equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively to meet seasonal production timelines.
• Assist with the packing and loading of harvested crops.

Requirements

Education

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in agriculture or related field preferred.
