Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Command and Control Center Officer to oversee operational integrity and optimize the command systems. This position requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to manage crisis situations effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Direct daily operations within the command center.
  • Analyze performance metrics to drive operational improvements.
  • Train and mentor new officers in operational procedures.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Mitigate risks by proactively identifying vulnerabilities.
  • Implement best practices for crisis management and response.
  • Facilitate interdepartmental communication during operational events.
  • Review and refine emergency response plans regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Foster a culture of safety and efficiency within the command center.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Crisis Management, Public Safety, or related fields
  • Master's degree is an asset
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in command center operations or related fields
