We are seeking a meticulous Command and Control Center Officer to oversee operational integrity and optimize the command systems. This position requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to manage crisis situations effectively.
Responsibilities
Direct daily operations within the command center.
Analyze performance metrics to drive operational improvements.
Train and mentor new officers in operational procedures.
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Mitigate risks by proactively identifying vulnerabilities.
Implement best practices for crisis management and response.
Facilitate interdepartmental communication during operational events.
Review and refine emergency response plans regularly.
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
Foster a culture of safety and efficiency within the command center.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Crisis Management, Public Safety, or related fields
Master's degree is an asset

5+ years of relevant experience in command center operations or related fields
