• Provide training to junior staff on best practices in psychology.

• Monitor treatment outcomes and recommend adjustments as necessary.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Psychology or a related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is preferred

Experience

• Experience working with diverse populations is a plus
