Job Description

As a Furnace Builder, you will play a critical role in constructing and installing furnaces for diverse industries. Utilize materials such as steel and refractory bricks to create robust furnaces, ovens, and kilns, ensuring the highest quality standards while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Build and install furnace structures, ensuring precise alignment and specifications.
  • Utilize welding and cutting tools to manipulate materials effectively.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
  • Document all construction processes and maintain project records.
  • Assist in training junior builders on best practices and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in welding or a similar trade preferred
Experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in furnace building, welding, or a related field
