The Security Field Supervisor is responsible for managing security operations in designated areas. This role requires strong leadership, knowledge of security protocols, and a proactive approach to ensuring the safety of personnel and assets. As a key member of our team, you'll be tasked with coordinating security activities, training staff, and collaborating with other departments.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee field security operations and develop action plans for various scenarios.
  • Monitor security systems and ensure their optimal performance.
  • Lead incident response efforts and address emergencies as they arise.
  • Foster teamwork among security staff and promote a positive work environment.
  • Implement training programs for ongoing staff development.
  • Analyze security reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services.
  • Review and update security policies in line with changes in regulations.
  • Prepare budget reports and ensure adherence to financial planning.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field
  • Leadership Proven leadership abilities in security management.
  • CCTV and Surveillance Systems Expertise in operation and management of surveillance technology.
  • Emergency Response Skilled in emergency situation management.
  • Risk Assessment Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments.
  • Communication Exceptional communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams.
  • Problem-solving Strong analytical skills for effective problem resolution.
  • Attention to Detail Meticulous attention to security protocols and procedures.
  • Valid Security Supervisor License
  • First Aid and CPR Certification
  • English (Fluent)

  • Prior Experience in Crisis Management: Experience managing critical incidents and emergency response.
  • Advanced Computer Skills: Proficiency in security management software and reporting tools.
